Recover the staff login you use on this organisation’s web companion and desktop app.

The code goes only to the email saved on your login account. Entering the code proves access to that inbox; no administrator email verification is needed. While signed in, you can set or change this email in your profile's Login details using your current password. HR Work email is not used. If no account email is saved, or you cannot access that inbox and cannot sign in, ask your administrator for help.

Use your recovery code

Copy the code from your email. It expires after 15 minutes and can be used only once.

Your role, permissions and two-factor authentication stay unchanged. After resetting, sign in again. The desktop needs an internet connection to refresh its saved account details.
